There are many readily available medicine roots that offer the human body deep nourishment and vitality. Fall is the traditional time to unearth these underground botanical treasures and to incorporate them into our daily lives to help us stay strong and nourished throughout the winter months. In this fun and informative workshop we will discuss, taste, and experience several wild and cultivated medicinal roots such as burdock, dandelion, yellow dock, chicory and astragalus. You will learn about their medicinal value and how and when to use each at home. We will also sample a special root-based chai tea blend in class! $25 per participant and space is limited. Click here to sign up!
