Online Bulk Order Shop FAQs

  • How do I checkout?

    • To add items to your cart: click on the item’s photo. Choose “add to bag.” A number will then appear in the upper right hand corner next to the shopping bag icon.

    • Click the shopping bag icon to proceed to your cart. Click “checkout.” Enter in your contact information and any notes. Click “next.”

  • I am having trouble navigating how to pay. What do I do?

    • Choose gift card or credit card. (Selection will be highlighted in blue.) If you are paying with Farm Bucks, select gift card.

    • If you are paying with a gift card or Farm Bucks, you will be prompted to enter your card number.

    • If you are paying with a credit card, you will not be prompted. Click “next.” Click “confirm.” Complete the “CAPTCHA” to prove you are not a robot. You will be redirected to a Freedom Pay site where you can enter in your credit card information. Click “submit.”

  • What time will online ordering be open?

    • Online ordering is open 24/7

  • I’m getting a pop-up saying “System is under maintenance.” What do I do?

    • Click “ok” - this may fix the problem. If you are still experiencing issues, please try back at a later time, as we may be updating the online store.

  • I can’t find my receipt in my email.

    • The sender name is “Revel.” Try using that as a search term in your email window or checking your spam folder.
